There are many benefits of using lemon on your skin.
Lemons are an antioxidant and naturally contains Vitamin C, citric acid and AHA's. Antioxidants may help reduce skin damage and premature aging. Lemons also have high pH levels, an astringent, can decrease oil and reduce inflammation. Lemon is also a natural anti-fungal/anti-microbial and can be used as an acne treatment. Because lemon juice can help exfoliate dead skin cells, it also may help alleviate skin patches attributed to psoriasis and dandruff. The natural level of acids in lemon juice may help to slough the skin.
Lemon combined with aloe vera can help heal & fight acne, and smooth fine lines.and kill bacteria.
